If a piece is not right, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No fuss, no restocking fees.
The window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must come back unworn, in their original packaging, with any certificates included.
How it works
Email our concierge and we will send a prepaid, insured return label. Once your piece is back and inspected, we refund the original payment method within five business days.
Engraved, resized or bespoke commissions are made to order and cannot be returned, though our lifetime care guarantee still applies to them.
