The straightforward terms that apply when you shop with Lumière Jewels.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Product representation
We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can. Because gemstones are natural, slight variations in colour and inclusion are part of their character and are not considered defects.
Guarantee
Every piece carries our lifetime care guarantee covering complimentary cleaning and prong-tightening, and a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from accident, misuse or normal wear is not covered, though we are always happy to quote a repair.
