Shipping Policy
Every Lumière order is packed by hand, fully insured, and tracked from our studio to your door.
Rates and timing
Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $150. Below that, a flat insured rate of $12 applies at checkout.
In-stock pieces leave our New York studio within two business days. You will receive tracking by email the moment your order ships. Standard domestic delivery takes three to five business days from dispatch.
Insurance and signature
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage until they reach you. Orders over $500 require a signature on delivery for your protection.
International orders
We ship to most countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where possible, otherwise they are the responsibility of the recipient. International delivery typically takes seven to fourteen business days.
